1. Damaged Items Upon Receipt
If your Red Sacre jewelry arrives damaged , please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- We will provide a free replacement of the same model after verification.
- You may be asked to send photos or return the defective item before the replacement is issued.
- Shipping costs for the replacement will be fully covered by Red Sacre.
2. One-Year Limited Warranty
All Red Sacre jewelry is protected by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

- Breakage or detachment resulting from normal wear under proper care.
If a covered issue occurs within this period:
- We will repair or replace the same model free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:
