Respaldamos la calidad de nuestras creaciones y nos comprometemos a garantizar que su experiencia con nosotros siga siendo tan hermosa como la propia joya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados a la recepci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si llega su joya Red Sacre <strong>da\u00f1ado <\/strong>, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente <strong>7 d\u00edas a partir de la recepci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proporcionaremos un <strong>sustituci\u00f3n gratuita del mismo modelo<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de la verificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es posible que se le pida que env\u00ede fotos o que devuelva el art\u00edculo defectuoso antes de que se emita el reemplazo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los gastos de env\u00edo de la sustituci\u00f3n correr\u00e1n \u00edntegramente a cargo de Red Sacre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Garant\u00eda limitada de un a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las joyas Red Sacre est\u00e1n protegidas por un <strong>garant\u00eda limitada de un a\u00f1o<\/strong> a partir de la fecha de compra, que cubre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n en el metal, las piedras preciosas o el hilo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotura o desprendimiento resultante del desgaste normal con los cuidados adecuados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se produce un problema cubierto dentro de este periodo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nosotros <strong>reparar o sustituir el mismo modelo<\/strong> de forma gratuita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los clientes son responsables de <strong>gastos de env\u00edo a nuestro centro de servicio<\/strong>; Red Sacre se har\u00e1 cargo de los gastos de env\u00edo tras la reparaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Servicios m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la garant\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez transcurrido el periodo de garant\u00eda de un a\u00f1o, o en caso de problemas no relacionados con defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n, Red Sacre ofrece un <strong>servicio de mantenimiento de pago<\/strong>.<br>Algunos ejemplos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sustituci\u00f3n del hilo (id\u00e9ntico o diferente color)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuste del tama\u00f1o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reajuste de piedras o sustituci\u00f3n del cierre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulido, limpieza o chapado de la cadena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los gastos de reparaci\u00f3n se comunicar\u00e1n por adelantado, y el servicio comenzar\u00e1 tras la confirmaci\u00f3n y el pago por parte del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Exclusiones y limitaciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta garant\u00eda no <strong>no<\/strong> cubierta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Da\u00f1os debidos a una manipulaci\u00f3n incorrecta, accidentes o uso indebido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacte con <strong>productos qu\u00edmicos, perfumes o productos de limpieza dom\u00e9stica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Da\u00f1os causados por <strong>llevar varios accesorios<\/strong> que rayen o desgasten las joyas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desgaste natural como <strong>desvanecimiento del color<\/strong> o <strong>microara\u00f1azos superficiales<\/strong> a lo largo del tiempo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9rdida o robo del art\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Red Sacre se reserva el derecho de determinar si el da\u00f1o entra dentro de la cobertura de la garant\u00eda tras la inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. 5. Proceso de reparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para iniciar una reparaci\u00f3n o sustituci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de Red Sacre en <strong><a>sales@redsacre.com<\/a><\/strong> con:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00famero de pedido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descripci\u00f3n y fotos del asunto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuestro equipo confirmar\u00e1 si el art\u00edculo re\u00fane los requisitos para la garant\u00eda o el servicio de pago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Env\u00ede las joyas de forma segura a nuestro centro de servicio; se recomienda el seguimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las reparaciones suelen durar <strong>4-6 semanas<\/strong> en funci\u00f3n de la complejidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Recomendaciones asistenciales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para preservar la belleza de sus joyas Red Sacre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evite el contacto con cosm\u00e9ticos, perfumes y productos qu\u00edmicos agresivos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirar antes de nadar, ducharse o realizar ejercicios intensos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gu\u00e1rdelo por separado en su funda original para evitar ara\u00f1azos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evite apilarlos con relojes pesados o accesorios met\u00e1licos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
